1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Smart Spaces Solutions. Headquartered at Logix Park, Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (201301), we specialize in smart security systems, digital door locks, automated gate motors, and home automation installations.

By accessing our website, booking a site survey, or purchasing products and installation services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products, Warranties & Authenticity

We are authorized dealers and certified installers for world-renowned brands including Yale, Dorset, UbiQuiti, Crabtree, Ditec, and Bosch.

• All hardware and devices supplied are 100% genuine and carry official manufacturer warranties.
• Warranty claims are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms, guidelines, and authorized service inspections.
• Any physical damage, unauthorized tampering, or liquid ingress not covered under standard warranty policies will void warranty support.

3. Installation & Site Services

Professional installation services provided by Smart Spaces Solutions are subject to the following conditions:

• Clients must ensure stable power supply, required Wi-Fi network range, and structural compatibility at the installation site prior to technician arrival.
• While our technicians exercise utmost care, drilling or mortising into doors, walls, or gates is performed based on manufacturer templates and client approval.
• Extra cabling, concealed conduit routing, or structural carpentry modifications outside standard installation scope may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing, Quotations & Payments

All quotations provided after free site surveys remain valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified.

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of agreed advance payment or purchase order execution.
• Full and final payment for products and installation services is due immediately upon successful completion of work, unless alternate corporate credit terms have been agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Smart Spaces Solutions provides physical security and smart automation devices to enhance property protection. However, we do not act as an insurance provider. We shall not be held liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from internet outages, power failures, force majeure events, or malicious security breaches beyond the operational scope of the installed hardware.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any service disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All legal matters and disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
